I have came across many recipes which uses Oreo Cookies and had been tempted to try one of them out. The recent school break was no better time to do it. The thought of how it would add to the joy of little one's holiday mood motivated me to go for it. I chose the Oreo and Raisin Muffin recipe from
aunty yochana. It was easy and took less than 1 hour to have it all done. The verdict? Enough to say that little one had 2 at one go!
Little one gobbled down the other half before I could stop him when I was busy trying to take this photo to show how soft and moist it was :)
